Eligibility

• Ages 5 & up: Pfizer vaccine 1st, 2nd, 3rd and booster doses. Boosters available for people who have completed required time interval.
• Parent or legal guardian must accompany children under 18.

Additional Services

• Everyone who gets vaccinated will receive a $25 gift card.
• Giveaways and nutrition education from SNAP-Ed
