Welcome to Zufall Health Foundation
The Zufall Health Foundation exists solely to support the important work of Zufall Health by focusing on three main goals:
- Fundraising: Raising funds for the health center to provide high-quality, affordable, and culturally responsive health care for people and communities who experience barriers to care. Make a donation.
- Relationship-building: Continuing to cultivate relationships with friends like you while building new relationships in the community. Connect with us at our annual fundraiser, the Be Well Benefit.
- Advocacy: Developing and maintaining bipartisan legislative relationships to help safeguard continued local, state, and federal funding. Engaging in advocacy activities provides us the opportunity to ensure that policymakers understand the impact of our health center in the communities we serve. BUILDING OUR BOARD
The Zufall Health Foundation seeks volunteers to join its Board of Trustees to help advance Zufall Health’s mission and secure its financial future. As a Trustee, you will be part of an enthusiastic, collaborative team that will be involved in diverse activities including cultivating relationships, fundraising, and event planning.
