Zufall Health provides bilingual (English/Spanish) health care services including school physicals, well visits, and immunizations on our mobile medical van at Hillcrest Elementary School ( in the Parking Lot), 500 Franklin Blvd, Somerset, NJ 08873 every Thursday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.

Services are available to all children in the Franklin Township Public Schools regardless of income, health insurance, or immigration status.

• Sliding fee scale available. Fees are based on income and family size.
• Uninsured patients welcome! Also, Medicaid, NJ Family Care, Medicare, and various private insurance plans accepted.
• Insurance enrollment assistance available.
• No one turned away due to inability to pay.
